Would a rousing rendition of the Ministry's anthem by her ministers be appropriate on her return? Or might that encourage a longer absence?

Incidentally, what is the Ministry's Anthem? Is it Busy Doing Nothing from the film A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court?

I recall a recent cartoon with The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything. They kinda resemble us and, in fact, look quite a bit like you on that couch, Horizontal Groucho.

Like every national anthem, it will simultaneously inspire feelings of pride and embarrassment, sure to attract her Queenliness back under the warm comforting blanket of her ministerial fold. It also has the blessing of the High Gibbonacy and the Gods (it bloody well better - I'm writing it!).

So ignore the sharps and transpose it to C major. What difference does a semitone make?
