Kobo Books have a coupon code for $5 off of select books.

The coupon code is bySQbLM

Works for American accounts also. My account is registered in the USA and I got Mockingjay for $3.45.

FYI, the coupon is one use only so you can't keep going back to buy more books at a discount. Also, Blockade Billy by Stephen King should be free with the coupon (can't test it for sure anymore though since I used it for Mockingjay, but it's on the list. . .).

Tried it on the new Kathy Reichs and got the message "Promo code is not applicable or has expired."

Did you all try books on the list of discounted books? There are around 136 books on the list. Those are the only ones that actually work. Everything else it will bounce back as unavailable. Unless the code was one of those one time use deals that can be used by only one person. . .though I imagine the OP would have used it before I did.

Me too; I tried 2 books on the discount list, and same thing. I tried a random coupon code and got a different error message, so the coupon was valid at some time or in some circumstances. Just not for me.

I get the feeling it was a one time use coupon and by some miracle I happened to be the first one to use it (I used to see such things posted on some of the deal websites for places like Staples and even if they had been posted within the past few minutes, they were inevitably gone so I'm shocked that I happened to get lucky here). Sorry folks.
