Really? You can think of no justifications for breaking a law? Someone is hitting me with a club? I can't defend myself without breaking the various laws around assault so I have to let myself be beaten to a pulp or worse? And then there are the plain bad laws which often end up being tossed out by the courts.

As for DRM removers automatically being criminals? That depends on where you live. Removal of DRM from purchases for the purpose of making backup copies has been held as fair use in several countries.
