Combined output (0.8.65)
I Have just installed the latest version 0.8.65 and would like to know whether i need to delete the plug in tweak (test_mobi_output_type = 'both') which used to give a combined kf8/kf6 file.

You can delete it if you like, but it is completely ignored.

What's the difference between AZW3 output which I have been using on my KT and MOBI output using the "new" setting which I understand produces KF8 format. I thought that is what AZW3 output was. But the sizes are different.
