How does one set up presets on the Tune In App?

Please clarify how I can set up Presets for the Android Tune In App for the Kindle Fire. I tried holding the long hold and nothing happened.

There is a heart with a + sign in it that you can press while listening to a station and it'll add it to the presets. Doesn't look like you can do it just from looking at a list of stations.
