Bad is an adjective, it refers to I (a.k.a. Taylor514ce)

No, regular refers to the program, so it's not an adverb, but an adjective.

Let's just change it to funnily.

Disclaimer: English is not my first or even my second language, so I might be all wrong about this.

Just a note that there's absolutely nothing wrong with "I feel bad". In this sentence, "bad" is not an adverb (qualifying the verb "feel") but is simply the object of the verb.

If you were to say "I feel badly", that would suggest that you are not doing the act of feeling in a very efficient manner, or something like that .

Recently I was sitting in a train that had remained stationary for a while. The conductor announced that we were delayed owing to a "failed train" further up the line.

I spent the rest of the delay trying to work out how to translate this expression into Latin, or how express it accurately in English.
Did it fail the train examination? Was it once a train and now no longer a train?

How would you translate "The Senates did not accomplish (failed) to achieve it's objective." I think that might fit the paradigm better.

This reminds me of the old joke about the man who removed his gloves so he could feel better.

I would say the former. It probably didn't do enough training.
