He made a cameo appearance in Iron Man if I recall correctly. Tony Stark mistakes him for Hugh Hefner at some benefit. He also appeared in the 1st Fantastic Four movie as a man who was sure he was on the guest list for the Richards/Storm wedding. He was in a flashback scene in DareDevil as well. The young boy who later becomes DareDevil prevents him from walking out in front of a moving bus.
