Smile Newbie from Sweden

Hi!
I´m from Sweden and I just found this site today. I have just bought myself a new Cybook, but of cause it will take a while for it to arrive. While waiting for it I will continue reading my e-books on my Tungsten E2 (it does work well for me but since i mainly use it for reading books, I decided to buy myself a dedicated e-reader with e-ink. I read a lot of books and I resent it when the battery givs out on me. Hopefully the Cybook will take care of that problem.

Welcome! I'd love to travel to your country one of these days. Spent a lot of time in Eastern Europe, but would like to go north for some xcountry skiing.

Hi again everybody!

Today I have had my Cybook for a week, and I´m very pleased with it, the only "negative" with it is that you (or I at least would not dare) read it while bathing. But i can live with that, I have plenty of regular books too, and since I´m a librarian, have access to countless more books should I so desire. Of course, not the same books I read om my Cybook, but still...

To Petter: How do you like your Iliad, and do you use it for other than reading books? I think I have heard you can subscribe to newspaper with it...? Or something. It´s a littele more advanced than the Cybook, right?

Hej Klara

Another swede here, with a BeBook (Hanlin V3 rebrand).

As for reading in the bath. Well, you could always buy some ziplock bags at the supermarket large enough to hold the cybook I think one of the other members here on MR did that and it worked just fine. You probably shouldn't drop the reader into the bathtub even if it's in a ziplock bag, but to keep it from getting wet while holding it it should work just fine.

Ha en bra dag,
Stefan

i am looking for books in german, french, english...

Hej,
