Help with RSS recipes

Hi,

I'm trying to download RSS feeds for The American Journal of Transplantation and Clinical Infectious Disease. I can't program in pyton so I just tried the standard receips generated by 'calibre'. Unfortunately, i get in both cases

unknown feed type

Both sites are example of complex recipe where user logging is involved. Since I do not have subscription to these sites nor am I interested in topic I will not tackle these as it is too much work.
