True. And, the Internet's hot issue: gosh, who will play Chekov now?

(It does seem to be a shame. I really liked him in Odd Thomas).

Geekmaster inspired the perfect caption for this mysterious photo.

"No! I'm not Batman. I'm Batman's Grandfather!"

Batman first appeared in 1939. Which means he's more than old enough to be his own grandfather!

Considering what occurred in the following:

- Flashpoint: Bruce Wayne died in the alley and his father became Batman and his mother became The Joker.

- Final Crisis: Batman gets sent into the distant past and might have ended up being his own ancestor.

- In the Anti-Matter Universe: Thomas Wayne became Owlman [an evil version of Batman] to take revenge on his father (who became Commission of the Gotham City Police Department) when his mother and brother were murdered in the alley.

With the above and all of the time travel that has occurred in the DC Universe, Batman becoming his own grandfather might be possible and possibly even likely.

And now for something completely off topic:

Some people say that the lack of fractions is an advantage of the Metric System, but fractions sometimes make things easier. To illustrate, fractions allow you to do division via multiplication (multiplying the denominator by 2 is the same as dividing by two).

25 CM = 0.25 M = 25/100 M = 1/4 M

You can use fractions in metric if need be. They're just not required.

Considering how much is made of decimals being used in the Metric System, it made it seem almost evil to use fractions with metric measures.

And now for something completely off topic....

Could Captain Sisko (from Star Trek - Deep Space Nine) be the toughest of the Star Trek captains? He was able to do things that no other captain would consider (such as rendering an entire planet uninhabitable to humans just to make a point to his enemy and then to drive it home further threatens to do the same to other planets).
