PDF ebook has blank Table of Contents, Why?
I have uploaded many computer books in pdf format to my ereader, these all have a TOC on them when i open the the pdf in acrobat, but when i hit the table of contents button on my ereader its completely blank. ANyone else having problems with pdf TOC?
