Can I download Calibre on my tablet
I have an ASUS Transformer TF300. It is an android tablet. Can I download Calibre to it and then manage my ebooks on my NookColor.

Device: Lots and lots of electronic gadgets...
Calibre is installed on your computer, not on a tablet. You can "link" your tablet to Calibre using an app such as Aldiko and obtain your books wirelessly using the Calibre server. Details in this thread:

Calibre can only directly interface to devices that can emulate a USB drive - it appears according to that debug log that yours does not.
