Neither of those are in hardcover, so it's not really what I was looking for (and Buywise Club discount is 15%, not 10%).

But look at this

Blood Ties by Kay Hooper.
Amazon $9.99
BN $26.00 list/$9.99 after discount
BoB $26.00 list/$14.98 after discount
FW $20.00 list/$17.00 after club discount
Sony $26.00 list/$14.30 after 45% discount

Random House certainly doesn't seem to be in favor of selling ebooks of current hardcovers for $9.99 unless they have to.

They may dislike the agency model - but that does not mean they necessarily support lower prices for ebooks of current hardcovers.

Because in the Agency Model they WILL be setting the prices. They don't currently.

You mean like your constant posts nit-picking everything I say? Past behavior predicts future behavior so I expect you to claim this post is wrong as well.

That almost doesn't even make grammatical sense. I don't trust MacMillan to lower prices, they clearly said they want to RAISE prices. That is precisely what they have said, IN THE PAST MIND YOU. If past behavior predicts future behavior then expect them to INCREASE the price.
