Sigil on Android

Seeing as we now are getting large screen Android devices and Sigil is a cross-platform editor, what's the likelyhood of getting a version of Sigil for Android?

If I could get this on Android, it would be yet another reason for me to get an Asus Transformer.

Getting Sigil working on Android won't be as simple as recompiling for a new target. The frontend would have to be completely rewritten. While Android is Linux based the apps for it are done in Java.

Actually there's an Android port of Qt around (unofficial, of course). With that, it actually shouldn't be all that difficult to get Sigil to run on that OS.

Goes without saying, you'd be on your own getting Sigil to compile and run on such a version of Qt.

Well at least it's a possibility though.

I'll wait till I've got an Android device with a large enough screen first before attempting it as I don't think this would be much fun on a Galaxy Tab with its 7 inch screen. And it would definitely be an absolute nightmare on a Desire HD's 4 inch screen.
