Kobo n905c Wi-Fi stuck.

Nello.
I have a kobo youch n905c.
It works fine,except for Wi-Fi,that don't work properly.
When i performance a Wi-Fi search,it stuck at ThE start of ThE progressivamente bar or sometimes at ThE end, and no Wi-Fi appear.
Many time i have to force a restare becouse mny kobo get stucked while searching.
And if i inserti manually Wi-Fi parameters it return me a message of connection errore.
Simeone can help me please? I already performer a factory reset .
