my boox blocked after installed firmware
hello my boox is frozen after the last firmware update (1.3), the firmware is updated correctly but in the end it didnt turns off and so i pressed the reset botton (the one in the back) but when it reeted it got stucked on the screensave (the image of boox) and the blue light on(LED) without turning off, i tried to do a reset but it doesnt do anything and the boox still stucked, i tried removing the sd card, neither worked. i tried to put the previous 1.22 update in the sd card but it doesnt let me do anything. i attached an image of my stucked boox.
please help me. |

could have been a low battery. was it plugged in when doing the update?
