Ganz einfach: Zwei Kollegen im Forum hatten solche Sehnsucht nach dir (du hast die entsprechenden umfangreichen Passagen im "Buchmachertreff" gewiss gelesen), dass ich zur Familienzusammenführung eine hilfreiche Hand leihen musste, um das heulende Elend zu beenden.

Die Angelegenheit im Kontext deiner Buddenbrooks-Adaption auf der Basis meines damaligen Uploads magst du hier geflissentlich verzerrend darstellen, da niemand mehr irgendetwas davon überprüfen kann, denn der entsprechende Thread wurde von einem Admin gelöscht.

Bitter bin ich nicht die Bohne. Aber wenn es dir ein geschickter rhetorischer Schachzug zu sein scheint, dergleichen insinuierende Fragen in den Raum zu stellen: Es sei dir unbenommen.

Kennt man doch von Pocketbook, ist inzwischen mein viertes und die erste FW Version war immer bestenfalls suboptimal. Ging aber dann doch meistens recht fix bis es gut wurde.

Es gibt Neuigkeiten zum inkpad bei allesebook.de. Eigentlich geht es primär um das Wörterbuch von Langenscheidt, aber im Verlauf erfahren wir auch etwas zu den Verzögerungen.

Neben den Softwareproblemen steht da auch noch:

(Pocketbook bringt übrigens noch ein weiteres Gerät (Sense) auf den Markt und wie immer ist die Software der letzten Geräte noch nicht mal fertig. So gut und engagiert der Kundenservice in Deutschland ist, aber mein Interesse am Inkpad ist damit erloschen.)

Hi Ihr,

im Handuch
steht ja unter Formate "PDF" an erster Stelle.
Kann jemand, der diesen Reader bekommt bitte testen, ob bei PDFs die Seitenwechsel-Blockade im Reflow-Modus wie beim Touch Lux besteht, oder ob sich dieser Modus endlich fehlerfrei nutzen lässt?
Würde mich sehr interessieren.
Meinen Touch Lux kann ich aufgrund dieses Fehlers leider nicht für PDFs nutzen.

EDIT: Hier ein paar technische Angaben zu dem PB 840

Mitte September soll das InkPad in den Handel kommen - obwohl einige Anbieter nur 7 Tage Lieferzeit angeben... na ja, bei solchen würde ich nichts kaufen, auch nicht, wenn ich Euro 30 damit sparen könnte.
Denn wer schon bei der Offerte lügt, wie vehält der sich wohl bei Garantiefällen etc.?
