Loss of Punctuation Marks
Hi folks,
I've joined this wonderful forum today and have read many of the posts on Calibre and Kindle 3. Some of the tips I've read are really helpful. I've converted an epub book into mobi format and, while the converted product is really great, there is a slightly irritating problem that keeps cropping up. The quotes do not seem to get converted correctly. So the open quote (") gets converted to (') and the closed quote (") gets converted correctly. I've converted this book thrice from epub to mobi using three different epub sources, and each time I get the same problem. Is there anything that I should do to correct this problem, or do I have to live with it? Thanks. |
