Sharing quotes, etc. from sideloaded books a no-no?
Proud owner of an NST here.
I love the unit and have sideloaded a few dozen books and am curious about one thing. I noticed that I can share quotes and notes from my B&N purchased books without issue (using the Nook's "share" button/feature). However, I've also noticed that the "share" button is greyed out whenever I highlight any text on my sideloaded books (all of which are loaded on a microSD card in the /MyFiles/Books folder). Is the inability to 'share' stuff from sideloaded books merely because they're sideloaded, or is it because they're residing on the microSD card? |

You can only share from books you purchase and download from B&N. Even if they were in the internal memory of the device, because they are side loaded, the option of sharing will not be available.
