Converting Mobipocket PRC files

Does anyone know of a tool which will convert unprotected "Mobipocket" format "PRC" files into RTF or something else readable on the Reader? I have a lot of Mobipocket format eBooks and it would be nice to be able to convert them for the Reader.

Thanks IgorSK. I am one of those who are not really happy with the Sony PRS 500 reader. I recently purchased a mobi pocket e book. I tried converting the PRC file in to text and RTf using the above softare but was not successful. I suppose that works only with the unprotected files I suppose.
Is there any utility to make PDF files more readable on the Sony Reader. Some of the A4 sized pdf files are hardly readable on the sony reader.

I have no idea if this will work or not, but you can try Calibre.
