It will find them in folders just fine, but it does not use the folder names as category names.

View them with the viewer in Libprs500. It is important to view them because you may need to adjust margins and type size for each document.

Probably. Unless they are pocketbook size to begin with or have VERY LARGE type you will probably need to use PDFLRFwin-0.99 to be really happy with them. Make sure you view the file after conversion (use Libprs500 for that).

One quick question; are the standard settings on PDFLRF right for the 505?

Hopefully I don't need to change anything because I don't know what any of it means...lol

I think you will be very happy with the default settings. I rarely touch the settings.
