602 New PB602 unrecognized by Windows

Hi,
once my new PB602 plugged, i keep getting the "unknown usb device" message and i don't see any new disk on Explorer. Desktop and Laptop do the same. I'm running under XP SP3 on both.

Drivers problem ? Any idea.

perhpas you have tried this already, however: try truning your device on, and then connecting it to your pc. Then on the device a pop up should appear asking you to select between "PC link" and "charge". Select "PC link": at this point your PC should recognise your device.

Solved.
i deleted INFCACHE.1 in c:\Windows\inf and it was ok
