It was interesting that the RAAF ranks were used in Australia's space navy. (similar to the USAF commanding starships in Stargate: Atlantis). The Navy here is very much the senior service (same traditions as the RN), so it would be logical that the navy would want to be the progenitors of the Republic of Australia Aerospace Force. Love to see the navy list for the Aussies Will there be a Republic of Australia by 2140? Absolutely! |

Just checked the chart, certainly appears so. As long as the colony is not called Botany Bay
