Hopefully not to late to jump on. I've set a goal of 20 books for 2012 (but after going through my library history I'm farther ahead than I thought).

My 2012 Reading List
(working list...needs work)

1) Maelstrom (Destroyermen 3) - Taylor Anderson – 400 pg - Finished Jan 2012
2) Dragon's Time - Anne McCaffrey and Todd McCaffrey – 352 pg - Finished Jan 2012
3) Blood Rights (Dresden files 6) - Jim Butcher – 479 pg - Finished Feb 2012
4) Dead Beat (Dresden files 7) - Jim Butcher – 378 pg - Finished Feb 2012
5) Distant Thunders (Destroyermen 4) - Taylor Anderson – 432 pages - Finished Feb 2012
6) Death Masks (Dresden files 5?) - Jim Butcher - 372 pg - Finished March 2012
7) The Hunger Games (Hunger Games 1) - Suzanne Collins – 374 pages - Finished 12 April 2012
8) The Poisonwood Bible - Barbara Kingsolver – 546 pages - Finished June 04
9) Clockwork Angel (Infernal Devices 1) - Cassandra Clare - 479 pg - Finished July 04
10) Prey (Infected 1) - Andrea Speed - 376 pg - Finished July 16
11) Elisha's Bones - Don Hoesel - 335 pg - Finished July 31
12) Rising Tides (Destroyermen, #5) - Taylor Anderson - 496 pg - Finished Sep sometime...
13) Firestorm (Destroyermen, #6) - Taylor Anderson - 432 pg - Finished Oct 15
14) Proven Guilty (Dresden files #8) - Jim Butcher - 479 pg - Finished Oct 30
15) White Knight (Dresden files #9) - Jim Butcher - 416 pg - Finished Nov 15?
16) Pearl in the Sand - Tessa Afshar - 320 pg - Finished Dec 15

17-20) not done
Next, or soonish: The Kite Runner - Khaled Hosseini
(GoodReads "To Read" list here....in no particular order...)

Bonus Reads (FanFictions, BigBangs, Ect. Not really in order read anymore)

1) “This is not the House That Pain Built” 134 pages (35k words)
2) “Reddish Gold and Caramel” 153 pages
3) “The Song of the Treadmill” 166 pages
4) Bettaed – “Shifting Change” (working title) 138 pages (in word)
5) Bettaed – “Love Lies Burning” (working title) 191 pages (in word)
6) "Even a Man of Pure Heart" - around 25,500 words
7) "Step Into the Light" - 7,000 words, + "Step Out of the Fire", - 10,600 words + "Step Into Life" - 9,500 words
8) "I think therefore I am" - 37K words
9) "Superheroes Suck..." - 33,100 words
10) "Lakota Falls" - 38,492 words
11) "Zero Minus One" - ~31,800 words
12) "Dignity of Dragons" - ~51k words
13) "Open Heart Dentistry" - 25,000 words
14) "Two Cures for Love" - 35,000 words
(Lots of ongoing fics and probably lots more finished fanfictions I've forgotten about)

Set goals for 2012 of 20 dead tree books (which looks like I can surpass) and a goal of 10000 pages (or more...maybe not...).

End of year note: I failed to meet my # read goal...I got distracted near the end by fanfiction again and then with the process of buying my first home. I don't think I've met the # pages either but hard to say as most fanfiction is measured in words rather than pages and I'm just to lazy to convert it.

29)The Killing Moon (Dreamblood, #1) - N.K.Jemisin
30)Lord Foul's Bane (Thomas Covenant, #1) - Stephen R. Donaldson

The above, however, is only a temporal plan, very much likely to change if I end up liking Mistborn very much, in which case its following books would replace all the other following serie-openers (Dune, The Way of Kings, Feast of Souls, Lord Foul's Bane)
