Cybook Opus stuck on connected screen
Hello all,
My father received a Cybook Opus and when he turns it on, the Windows cannot recognize it and it gets stuck on the connected screen. Any tips on how to solve this? He already tried to do hard reset with the red reset button on the back, tried to remove and re-attach the battery and the battery was loading for at least 4 hours so it mush have some juice in it. Thank you in advance for any tips! |

As you already tried reset and all, looks like the usb connector is broken.
