Kindle doesn't stay much at "usb downloader mode"
it stays for 5 secs. why?
can I fix that?

First of all: How the hell are you booting it in USB downloader mode in the first place, because short of opening it up, that'd be (huge, great) news to us.

Barring that, what do you actually call "usb downloader mode"?

(iTL;DR: crystal ball broken, WAY more details needed, please.).

when you pull the on/off slide button for 30 secs and press the -volume button it puts you in "usb downloader mode"
but it lasts only 5 seconds.
and now I cant even get that

NiLuJe's comment was in reply to the person posting here with a Paperwhite, not a K3.

The K3's "downloader mode" is programmed into its on-chip ROM during manufacture - you can't change it.
The includes the 5 second wait for a valid command, and then it assumes that being in "downloader mode" is an error and shuts down the chip.

So send it a valid "downloader mode" command in less than the 5 second limit.

You didn't mention what downloader software you where using, so it is impossible to say specifically "how" or "what".

If you would share a few more details - -
Such as what you are trying to do with the "downloader mode" and what you are trying to use to do it with -

My crystal ball is off-line for a major upgrade -
None of us can see over your shoulder or channel into your mind.
You have to at least give us some hints in your post.
