USB port module
Does anyone know where I can get hold of a micro USB port module for the original Kobo Arc?

Given that Kobo aren't exactly a huge, popular company I don't think you'll have any luck finding proper spare parts unless you cannibalise another one.
Conversely, it's also likely that means they aren't using too many proprietary parts. Your best bet is probably desoldering the broken module, checking if it has a part number stamped on (very unlikely), or checking RS components or a similar retailer for one of the same dimensions & pin placement. |

DigiKey Corp. probably sells this part. Your problem is finding exact part you need in their vast inventory.
