Cannot view AZW books on Calibre?
Hi, I copied some AZW books that are on my Kindle to my MacBook. Just discovered Calibre today, and it looks really cool. I have added my AZW books to the Calibre program and click on view but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? I am quite new to the ebook and Kindle world but find it to be a great experience so far excluding the DRM associated with AZW stuff. Thanks.

You can't view DRMed books in calibre. You have to remove the DRM first, then calibre will be able to view/convert these books.

Ahh..I guess that does answer the question. Thanks. You are the creator, that is just too cool that you answered my question. I just wish I could figure out this DRM thing, I am just too new at this and seems like the programs are geared more towards PCs. Thanks again (for the answer and creating the software)
