How to preorder PRS-700 ?

I know many of us in USA are looking forward to buy PRS-700. I was wondering what stores you can use for preorder ?

1. Sony Style. Those guys may get it 1st, but have lots of local stores - taxes

2. J&R - $399, no tax, free shipping - good
3. B&H - $399, no tax, but they do charge shipping

4. abt.com - $399, no tax, free shipping - good.

Anything else you know, any other stores ?

That about sums it up.

Who knows who will get it first -- nobody.

Of that list, if B&H aren't offering free shipping I'd buy from J&R.

Mine is pre-ordered from Canada's Sony site, and it says that they are expecting it November 17th

I ordered mine in the States from SonyStyle and it indicated Nov. 14th shipping date. Others ordered theirs from the same place and initially were told Nov. 14th but then received emails saying they would ship on the 18th. I haven't received such an e-mail and the information about my order at the SonyStyle web-site still shows an expected ship date of Nov. 14th.
