Kindle Qt embedded framebuffer driver

I am looking for a Qt franebuffer driver plugin for kindle 3

There is one provided here, but for making this one I need "linux/einkfb.h". Where I can find this header?
Qindle is another port of Qt to Kindle, but this one don't provide a plugin.
If there are other options, let me know.

the header file you need is included in amazon's open source package. try search kindle open source.

you can find one as a part of fbKindle source tree.
