PDF to Epub (problem with pages)
I have a pdf file that was printed to pdf from a coursesmart textbook. The pdf format works okay but it is very difficult to read because the text is so small. I've tried conversions to all possible formats in calibre but the pages either get cut off on the right side or they are split in half and then switched so that the top of the page is on the bottom and vice versa. Has anyone found a workable solution for these books? It doesn't need to be pretty, just a larger text size.

I have used http://www.online-convert.com/ with some success when calibre doesn't give me a nice enough output
