My cup is now empty, but it had iced water in it. I did have a rather nice chocolate fairy cake with it, one of a batch a baked a couple of hours ago. Yum.
(The other 23 are now in the freezer, to be used for packed lunches.) |

Hang down your head, Tom Dooley
Hang down your head and cry Hang down your head, Tom Dooley Poor boy, you're bound to die I met her on the mountain There I took her life Met her on the mountain Stabbed her with my knife Hang down your head, Tom Dooley Hang down your head and cry Hang down your head, Tom Dooley Poor boy, you're bound to die ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhXuO4Gz3Wo ) Sorry, Chicken... you're going to fry... Good morning, everyone. The start of a new week and all that this implies! Oh frabjoulous day, caloo calay! Even without a vorpal sword I can see that it's going to be a good week! Any week that starts off with East India Company's "Assam" tea shows great promise. And when you add to that some rice, Kalamata olives, and hummus, you know you're starting a winning streak! Nuh uh, no way. Those are just cute little cross-bred oranges. No chicken at all on my plate.
*although, chicken noodle soup does sound good for this evening. Thanks for reminding me. * Fresh coffee again and apple slices. I have been on a decaf coffee binge for some reason. I usually only drink about 2 cups a day, but lately I have been craving coffee, water, soup broth, and fruit. |

A tea-less day today. Coffee this morning (last of the Peet's Holiday Blend), and then nothing but diet coke all day. Not good. Need to get back to tea!

Iced water. No caffeine this month, but the diet does get suspended on Sundays.
Yesterday in a cup I had a wonderful chocolate/chestnut dessert with a scoop of vanilla 'icecream'. |
