Help, received a new KoboGlo Hd
Hi everyone, I received a new KoboGlo HD and I can't get calbre to detect it. I am pasting the debug device detection. I am hoping someone can help me with this. Thanks

I'm not adept at reading calibre logs, but the current version of Calibre is 2.47.0.

If you don't have access to a machine that can run it - does your ancient version have the option to "attempt to support newer firmware" in the Kobo plugin? Have you updated the plugin to the latest version?

ETA: googling around, it appears that another problem may be that your device can't be detected by your computer at all? In which case, you can get books onto it wirelessly using the Calibre Content Server.

If you don't have a newer machine you can run calibre on, support for the newer Kobo ereaders is done using the plugin KoboTouch driver for calibre 1.48. This adds support for all the Kobo devices released since calibre 2.0 was released.
