The Tab price was dropped here in Canada to $249.99 no expiry at Best Buy, Future Shop.
At The Source, BlackBerry Playbook 16 gb is $129.99! They also have the 32 gb for $149.99 with screen protector and leather folio case, and the 64 gb for $199.99 until Sept 23-29 depending on which one you're looking at. Tabs are all full price there though... |

$199 at Best Buy now.
This device is stuck IMHO with the Nexus 7 and KFHD 7" tablets regarding their specs and with the new Nook coming shortly as well. |

When comparing specs alone, I would agree. But in actual practical use, it is absolutely fine. If anyone is interested in getting one I'd highly recommend finding the Student Edition bundle on sale somewhere. It is well worth it.

I concur.
SE is value for your money. Attaching the keyboard and you have a decent device for text input. I can see a real estate agent sitting in Starbucks and filling out an Excel sheet for a new property. |
