Can't open Reader Library - Page 5

My Wife has had her Sony PRS-300 for 18 months and this happened to her a couple of months ago. She now bi-passes the reader library. Computers see readers as removable disc drives so we treat it as one. We now just go into My Computer (G: Drive in our case) and the Media file contains the books.We just delete them here and copy and paste new ones in. Had no problems with this so far. You can also ignore the 'do not unplug' icon on the screen. I CAN ONLY OFFER THIS AS A SUGGESTION FOR PRS-300 USERS, I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT OTHER MODELS / MAKES.
