USB Stick cannot be recognized by Iliad

The PDF files on USB stick can be viewed in PC. But none of them are shown on iLiad.

Has anyone succeeded in using USB sticks? Any prerequisites are needed to be recognized by iLiad?

thanks.

I met some problem with exotic partitioned memory sticks. But for standard, plain vfat formated one, no problem.

Thanks. Having figuring that out, as arivero mentioned, pre-partitioned stick causes problem. Can use partition magic or straight format to solve the problem.

psoes iLiad support 2/4GB CF?

I tried and tried again using format feature of Windows OS as mentioned above and failed every time! Finally I did it in another way!

I've solved this problem using a simple program written for Windows OS.
download the following program and use FAT32 for USB stick and "Quick Format". Now iLiad can see all documnets on USB Stick.

USB-Drive_Formater.zip

I think that this program helps my friends in this valuable forum.
