P. S.: Einen Ventilator könnte ich hier auch gebrauchen...

Für sowas muss man sich keinen Film ansehen - nennt sich "Alltag"

Donna Noble ist doch wunderbar, ich finde sie sehr schlagfertig und sympathisch, allerdings mag ich auch alle Begleiterinnen. Es ist auch schön, dass sie sich da immer neue Konstellationen einfallen lassen.

Ich kann derzeit noch über VoD alle 7 Staffeln sehen, möchte sie aber auch irgendwann mal auf DVD haben, wenn sie etwas preiswerter sind.

Ich fand es auch erfrischend, dass der Doctor mal eine Begleiterin hatte, wo man nicht den Eindruck hatte, er ist verknallt. Nichts gegen Rose, aber manchmal nervt das Klischee "jung, hübsch & blond".

Die Angebote bei Amazon UK finde ich eigentlich immer recht günstig, allerdings kann ich auch auf deutschen Ton und deutsche Untertitel verzichten, was natürlich ein Hindernis sein kann.

Jeden Grashalm und noch etwas mehr, sonst könnten sie auch keine Trilogie draus machen.

Ich schaue gerade Neverwhere, die BBC-Serie nach dem Buch von Neil Gaiman. Er hat das Skript selbst geschrieben, und ich finde es ist richtig gut geworden.

Es gibt da auch noch diesen Zauberer Radegast (oder so ähnlich), der im Buch nicht vorkommt. Ich bin auch nicht der ganz große Tolkien-Fan, aber die Filme schaue ich gerne. Habe mir den Hobbit aus der Bücherei ausgeliehen (auf Englisch), da ich mein altes deutsches Taschenbuch nicht mehr wirklich lesen mag. Vielleicht komme ich in den nächsten drei Wochen dazu (habe Urlaub).

Ich finde, sie haben es sehr gut umgesetzt, trotz Fernsehbudget, das nicht wirklich riesig gewesen sein kann. Es hat sehr viel Atmosphäre, die Figuren sind sehr gut besetzt, und der Untergrund von London wirkt sehr malerisch. Auf der DVD ist auch noch ein Kommentar von Neil Gaiman, aber im Moment mag ich einfach nur den Film selbst schauen. Insgesamt sind es 6 Folgen von jeweils einer halben Stunde.

Wieso das? Zugegeben, ich habe den Hobbit noch nicht gesehen. Aber nach allem, was ich bisher gehört habe, sind die zusätzlichen Inhalte (im Vergleich zum Buch) nicht einfach aus der Luft gegriffen sondern beziehen sich auf Dinge, die Tolkien an anderer Stelle geschrieben hat. Radagast der Braune ist z.B. ein ganz offizieller Tolkien-Charakter.

Mir gefällt er auf Englisch auch besser. Im Kino habe ich die Synchro gesehen, weil das Original nur in 3D lief. Ich mag diese megaschweren Brillen nach wie vor nicht besonders, und mit Brille drunter ist es noch mal unbequemer.

Bei den Filmen lohnen sich die Extended Editions aber wirklich. Das Hörspiel habe ich auch. Es ist ok, aber es reißt mich nicht wirklich vom Hocker.

Ich kenne die Filme natürlich schon, war aber nicht so begeistert. Dies ist ein Test, ob sich das vielleicht geändert hat.

Das Hörspiel habe ich jetzt heute schon mal beim Spazierengehen mit dem Hund und der Gartenarbeit gehört. Gefällt mir bisher richtig gut.

Wenn du ihn siehst, wirst du es erkennen , das Ganze erinnert ab der zweiten Hälfte an ein Computerspiel und hat einen ganz anderen Charakter als das beschauliche Kinderbuch und unterscheidet sich nochmal deutlich von Der Herr der Ringe-Verfilmung. Was man so an negative Kritiken bei Amazon lesen kann, bestätigt meine Vermutung.

Wie schon beschrieben, scheint sich mein Geschmack aber gewandelt zu haben, früher haben mich die Kriegsszenen sehr gestört, heute sehe ich das etwas entspannter, obwohl sie mich immer noch langweilen.

Ich habe dieses Jahr so einiges aus genau diesem Grund im Kino ausgelassen. Ganz schön blöd, aber wenn sie mein Geld partout nicht wollen...

Dafür war ich am Sonntag im Programmkino und habe einen Film ohne viel Schnickschnack geguckt: Paulette. Eine französische Komödie über eine rassistische Großmutter, die ihre schmale Rente als Drogendealerin aufbessert. Es war genauso verrückt, wie es klingt.
