I learn about MobileRead foruns from a post in the iPhone discussions. I am a reader of Rafael Sabatini Books. I am looking for one of his books "Bellarian the fortunate". Can anyone post this book in iPhone Books.app format please?

Here at MobileRead we only support legal distribution of ebooks. Fortunately, his work is out of copyright in Canada, so we can legally host a copy. But first someone has to find a copy and upload it.

You may have better luck looking for "Bellarion" (note ...ion not ..ian"

In the US the work was published in 1926, registered correctly and copyright was renewed on 24 Mar 1954. This means in the US copyright runs out 95 years after publication, in 2021 or 2022.

Rafael Sabatini died in 1950, so in Canada and other lifetime+50 countries, all his work came out of copyright in 2001. In the UK and other lifetime+70 countries, it will be out of copyright on Jan 1 2021, a little before it comes out of copyright in the US.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find an ebook version anywhere. There are print copies available at sites like abebooks.com
