Water in my cup -- getting ready to go to bed. Prof, pnuemonia again? I'm so sorry! Take your medicine and feel better soon.
I had an interesting treatment on my shoulder at physical therapy today -- dexamethasone iontophoresis. Basically the corticosteroid (DEX) is "pushed" through the skin within an electric current. It's similar to getting a cortisone shot without some of the negative side effects of the injection. Hmm. We'll see. I don't feel any changes so far. |

Yellow Tea. It is quite nice. Some where between green and white. I love Gong Fu.

Yup. Chicken Enchilada Night. A great use for leftover roast chicken.
This afternoon's tea, a Puttabong Estate First Flush Darjeeling. Almost an Oolong in character. Not at all what a tea-bag Darjeeling tastes like! This evening, Alexander Keith's IPA to go with those enchiladas. |

Oolong in my cup. Watching Lucas play and enjoying the fact that I have yet to cough.

Good morning, all. Lousy night, I overdid it with chores and tasks around the house and my back wouldn't let me get comfortable. Sigh. You'd think at my age I'd have learned to spread these things out.
Starting out with fresh squeezed orange juice, and some Peet's Scottish Breakfast tea. Then going to go see if I can sleep a bit in my reading chair. |

Jasmine Pearls in my cup. Sleeping boy on my shoulder. Cough is better and I am clearing a lot through the nose. Taking it easy today and tomorrow.

It sounds like you are feeling better, ProfCrash. Enjoy all those moments with your little guy. They seem to grow up so very fast and soon have lives of their own.
Charlie - I hope you were able to get some rest and your back is better. I am waiting for a fresh cup of coffee while munching on an apple. |

Well early in the morning, about the break of day,
I ask the Lord, "Help me find the way!" Help me find the way to the promised land This lonely body needs a helping hand I ask the Lord to help me please find the way. When the new day's a dawning, I bow my head in prayer. I pray to the Lord, "Won't you lead me there?" Won't you guide me safely to the Golden Stair? Won't you let this body your burden share? I pray to the Lord, "Won't you lead me please, lead me there?" ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jE8NSvD7LSE ) Good morning, all! Another Sunday! This seems to happen with great regularity... And fortunately, so does good tea! East India Company's "Royal Breakfast" tea today, beside a bowl of miso soup, rice, and tsukemono. I'm going to wake it up with one or two fresh mikan today! It's the height of mikan season in Japan, and we bought a crate of them yesterday. Being lazy, I love the ease of removing a mikan peel. It almost falls off! One of the skills a Geisha learns is how to peel a mikan so the result looks like delicate flower petals. Mine look like raggedy orange peels... Good thing I'm not training to be a Geisha. Good morning for a long walk. Fresh air, 'almost' sunny, cold and windy as can be. 2° so got to add a scarf today. Then take my pony out of the barn and give it some exercise too. Maybe a can of 'Dry Gas' would be a good idea as well. Stitchawl |
