official Bookeen Blog comment from 2nd December

The official Bookeen Blog has a new entry from Bookeen in the comments dated 2.december 2009.

I haven't seen it mentioned here in any of the threads and it clearly derserves its own thread, as it is the most up to date Info from Bookeen concerning the firmware update.

Since we received a lot of mail asking us when we will be able to release the next firmware upgrade, we would like to assure you that our team is still working on it. As you may have seen, some of your mails might not have been published. The redundancy of their message would not have add valuable information to this blog, which main goals are:

At some Parts of this comment from Bookeen it took me several minutes to stop laughing or banging my head against the wall.

Especially this one:

And the last Blog entry (on wich this comment from Bookeen was made) was written 27th August.
Quite a lot of updates on development and news out there ?
They must be working overtime each day at Bookeen public relations

A pity we do not have a function to ignore messages were people say they will ignore a thread. It is bad form to comment on a thing as you do when you say the thread is such that you will ignore it and then not read the comments to your comment. It is better to silently ignore threads in that case.

We are waiting on Bookeen who's waiting on the update which is waiting on us to buy the newer model while we are waiting on Bookeen who's waiting on the update... (Repeat until you feel the need to vomit.)
