Hello, I am new to this forum and I have just purchased a kindle.
so far so good, but I am looking at how to convert a acsm file to epub or mobi, or open it with calibre so I can get the book into my kindle.
hope I can figure that out soon.
any ideas?

Welcome to the forum! I believe ascm is the DRM put on the file by adobe- it's not a file format. Check out the Kindle subforum for details!
