You can install KOReader. Ayway, apart some problems with cbz, I don't have many problems with Kobo readers.

yoq found that using an active application on the flash partition can corrupt the db if the flash partition is mounted using the USB:

KoboLauncher must quit if you want to mount the flash part, but if something goes wrong some process could persist. Murphy docet. So I tried to move the launcher dir to /usr/local/ and edit all scripts and kobo_launcher.ini too, but when I open the launcher I can see only the "Exit" button.

Can you change the default paths to relative ones in the next release?

Hi!

New build of KoboLauncher and games!

Changes:

1. Gomoku improvements
* 2 levels: easy and hard
* Human vs Human and Computer vs Computer modes
2. Notepad improvements
* Ask for save file if file was modified before exit
3. KoboLauncher
* KoboLauncher now looks for kobo_launcher.ini in it's directory (it now can be movable (as Lucas Malor suggested)
* kobo_launcher.ini: now possible to specify the relative paths of the applications (as Lucas Malor suggested)

Changed files:
1. notepad/notepad
2. gomoku/gomoku
3. KoboLauncher
4. kobo_launcher.ini

sergeyi, thanks a million: so for those of us who have it already, we download the whole zip but only replace the new files, correct?

Yes, you can just replace the files what I listed.

The folder can be moved without problems

I had moved it to /usr/local.

Calculator doesn't work any more, I don't know if it is caused by moving the folder. I must say I don't use it

sorry, if I wanted to use the notepad to edit files in the .kobo subfolder, which path should I put? Or is the .kobo subfolder not visible?

Under unix, files that start if a point are hidden by default. The other folders are visible and accessible?

yes, I can see DigitalEditions and News. Pity, it would have been handy to edit .css and .ini files on the fly. Thaks for your answer!

I'll implement show hidden folders as a option.
