Lector bloqueado al instalar PRS-600+
Hola amigos, acabo de llegar al foro (aunque ya lo había visitado antes) y os agradecería un poco de ayuda.
Tengo un PRS-600 y al intentar instalar el PRS+, se ha bloqueado con el mensaje "Firmware update did not complete successfully. Please try again". No hay forma de apagarlo o restablecerlo. Al conectarlo al PC mediante USB el mensaje cambia a "Updating firmware now..." y no se detecta la unidad. Les agradecería ayuda para ponerlo nuevamente en funcionamiento. Saludos. |

Muchas gracias, pero no funciona. El problema es que el PC no reconoce la unidad del dispositivo y no aplica la actualización.

Hola amigos, finalmente he conseguido desbloquearlo y quiero compartir como lo he hecho para ayudar a los que puedan encontrarse en la misma situación que yo.
Se me ocurrió probar a arrancar el PC en modo a prueba de fallos teniendo el dispositivo conectado por USB. Reconoció la unidad inmediatamente y al ejecutar el PRS-600 Updater 1.0.01.08040, se actualizó inmediatamente. Espero que sirva de ayuda. Saludos. Last edited by Frenk; 03-08-2012 at 02:30 AM. |
