Light is light. There is no difference between reflected light and direct light. None. What is different is that reflected light will be in balance with the room light (mostly).
Turn your monitor light to match the room light and the strain on your eyes, for most people, goes away. Reading on a computer screen has other issues as well. Length your eye travels to follow text across the screen, too small font size, uncomfortable posture etc. Lee |
