proceed_question View Log Button Opens Dups

This is a pretty minor issue I stumbled across:

When the gui.proceed_question() dialog is called, clicking the 'View Log' button more than once will pop multiple copies of the ViewLog dialog.

I do pass a log_viewer_unique_name to gui.proceed_question(), but it appears to only be used to save/fetch geometry for ViewLog.

I can see this in Calibre v4, v3 and v2. (I didn't test earlier.)

Again, I think this is pretty minor, but thought I should mention it.

Happy New Year!

Yeah, is there some reason it should not? I have not bothered implementing the logic to make it persistent/unique, do you have some functionality that relies on it?

Nope. Just noticed it when I accidentally double clicked the button.
