How to open an ePub on a windos phone?

I don't have a window phone, but on behalf of someone else: if I click on a link that downloads an ePub onto my phone, how should I go about opening it on a reader? Seemingly the file disappears, but I am sure it is stored somewhere...
I am told that neither total Explorer, nor BookViser (sp?) can see it. Perhaps one has to click somewhere...

Thanks

No idea... does it matter? Perhaps yes, but I hope not. Any advice is welcome

First, yes, it does matter. A lot.
Second, why do you hope not? I prefer 8.1 over 7.8 any day myself...
