Summaries of books available

Gday,

Just wondering if there is a website anywhere that offers an in depth summary of a book. Say about 10 or 20 pages in length to reintroduce you to the characters and plotlines

I find myself reading a new book in a series a year or 3 later and have no idea about whats going on. Sometimes I just dont want to go back and reread the whole series (especially in the scifi/fantasy genre!)

cheers

Depending on the book, I would try Sparknotes. They've got a lot of classics, but also some modern books. Also, depending on the book, sometimes if you just do a google search of the title and either "summary" or "analysis" you'll get something.

You may already realize this, but if you just want to get the normal "Joe" and "Joetts" opinion, go to Amazon. There are some good reviews buried there.

Of course, you won't find the kind of length you're looking for there.

Wikipedia is a good place to look for summaries. They usually aren't as long as you suggest you would like but they are usually fairly detailed.
