RTF "small caps" conversion?
I've got a typesetter-provided RTF for testing and everything that goes in seems to come out OK in ePub, except stuff where the font setting is "small caps." Stuff that shows as caps in the RTF comes out all-lowercase in the conversion.
Is there any setting or tweak to the conversion that can give me all caps in the output? Thanks. |

I've never heard of (or seen) small caps in RTF. Open a bug report and attach a sample rtf demonstrating this.

It seems to use the \scaps \scaps0 to turn small caps on and off. http://www.pindari.com/rtf1.html
