Funky e-paper in The Andromeda Strain
Anyone else seen the recent mini-series The Andromeda Strain? In that show, the military uses an e-paper that works like a computer, is bendable and in color. Exactly what we're looking for!

Clearly the producers must have been inspired by Mobileread

It's probably blue screen. I know that on Firefly, about 5 years ago, they were doing CG very similar to the above pictures.

In Alistair Reynolds's "Pushing Ice" there were computers called "flexies"... I imagine they might have looked something like this...
