Blank pages on some pdf read with M92 - Page 2

this sometimes occurs with pages which have background shading or watermarking etc or the heading is on a layer. if the layers are not "flattened" properly by the pdf program the the device tries to render these layers as pages which appear blank or with just the header. usually "printing" the pdf to pdf again with something like dopdf takes care of this issue.

Thanks a lot Feher for your analysis ! I am going to search a free pdf editor that allow me to regenerate my pdf !
